Description
Add option to ban colors for custom games/tournaments. Current EDH level have hidden option to do that (by special rating values, e.g. 73 will ban 3 - black color), but it must support:
* ban any color;
* ban multiple colors.
Example: users can setup banned symbols in text field like `RWUG` .
