New mode: Custom (users can change game mode settings)

I have a custom game type I was wondering if someone could put it together and get it up on the XmagePlayersmtg server.

I know nothing about coding but if someone could do this for me what would be awesome.

the game mode:
"Power Play"
> Each turn you can play any number of land cards (not the normal one per turn)
> At the end of each turn you draw back up to seven cards. (Still having a Max hand size, any extra draw effects at the end of the turn would mean discarding during the discard phase).

How doable is this ?
