Description

Pretty much title;
3 player edh game, opponent had a Sin Prodder. I was next in turn/priority order, but the player after me got asked first, if he wants to put the card into the grave.
I also vaguely remember similar effects having the same issue, but couldn't name any other actual examples.

Research direction

Reproduce the reported three-player EDH scenario with Sin Prodder, then trace the turn and priority handling for the “Any opponent may” effect. Done means the player next in turn order is prompted first and the behavior is covered by a regression test.
