Add windows toolbar to switch between games and lobby

Fast toolbar can help to switch between games and server lobby, gets info about current games (with active player and turn number, game result). No needs to switch between windows to check games or wait your step.

TODO:
* [ ] make top toolbar and generate/refresh buttons list (from active xmage frames);
* [ ] add game callbacks with live events to refresh toolbar buttons with last info;
* [ ] add live info for lobby button (like players/games online);
* [ ] add draft and tournaments buttons;
* [ ] add other buttons (deck editor, viewer and more);
* [ ] add icons and text/button colorizing (started/ended, your actions needs, etc).

It's same as "Switch Panels" but with live info about games. Example:
