Feature Request: User Database in Admin Console

This was discussed in the Reddit XMage Discord server. Some sort of user database manager for servers that have user authentication enabled would be a welcome addition, for small and large servers alike. Maybe built in to the server admin console? It would be a great help for those of us running authentication enabled servers to manually be able to change usernames, emails, passwords, and delete users too.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the server admin console, authentication implementation, and user storage code, then determine how account changes are currently handled. Done would require an agreed scope for managing usernames, emails, passwords, and user deletion.
