Add emoticons to the symbols directory

We could potentially add some emoticon type symbols into the symbols directory directly to the baseline install as part of the download. You can already type into chat things like {up}, {ur}, {u} and get - phyrexian blue mana, blue/red hybrid mana and normal blue mana symbols (once the symbols have been downloaded). Maybe including something like {:)} or {y} for a tick (or {n} for a cross) would be interesting.
