Azor, the lawbringer BUG

when azor, the lawbringer is flashed in on someone elses turns he still prevents them from casting instant and sorcery cards during their current turn, however his ability should only come into effect at the beginning of that players next turn, not current turn. the link i provided is where i first asked to make sure i was correct that this was infact a bug.
