New Icons for Everything (almost)

So, i redrawed almost all incons in client in one style and hope that youll approve those changes. If i miss some icons (exept ingame skipbuttons and player icons, like HP, poison counters andr etc.) you can report me and ill try to redraw them too.

1. Main menu icons and deckbuilder icons

4. Ingame loyality counters (actually this counters are used for everything, but they have another colors)

There are more redrawed icons, but this presented icons is the most used.

**TO INSTALL THIS ICONS YOU SHOULD UNZIP AND COPY ATTACHED FILE TO (\XMage\xmage\mage-client\lib) WITH REPLACEMENT**
