Save match settings as custom settings or depending from DeckType

Add a way to save settings as
a) custom settings or (better solution I guess)
b) at least depending from the selected DeckType.

a) You can save and name the current settings with a name and easy restore them if you want to play again a match with this settings. In the match window has to be addded a button or drop down list to relaod the custim settings.
b) Save settings per DeckType. So if you switch to another DeckType restore the last settings for this DeckType.
