In game dialogs popping out even if in different window

I am watching a game, then I switch to Tables Window. Once a dialog opens in the game I am watching, it shows even if I am in a different window.
Expected behaviour for in-game pop-out dialogs would be t oshow up only in the windows from which they originate (e.g. the windows for respective game).
