Tables UI overlaps /strikes through the Deck Editor UI (possibly affects other area when multiple sections are open).

Description
After connecting I have entered the Deck Editor and accidentally clicked below the Deck Name field, it caused the New Table pop-up to open (as can be seen in attached screenshots).
Possibly this issue affects other areas of game - it seems that having multiple panels open at once may cause them to overlap functionally.
Haven't noticed this issue before 1.4.23V4 but am not sure if it's fresh.
