Control change led to bug in subsequent zone for wrong player able to activate ability

Noticed with [[Fumble]] and [[Alien Symbiosis]].

Player A enchanted one of their creatures with the Aura. Player B cast Fumble and gained control of the Aura. It incorrectly went to the graveyard due to #14079 . Then the ability to cast it from the graveyard appeared playable by Player B, even though nothing about the control change effect should still be applicable.

Start by reproducing the Fumble and Alien Symbiosis interaction described here, then read the related behavior in issue #14079. The fix is done when the Aura's zone change and its graveyard ability no longer let Player B activate an ability that should not remain applicable after the control change.
