Danny Pink's ability triggers even if counters have already been placed on a given creature that turn.

I playtested with [[Danny Pink]] and I had this situation:

I had a few creatures with +1/+1 counters on them. Then I casted Danny Pink. Then I triggered the ability of [[Defiler of Vigor]]. When +1/+1 counters were placed on the creatures already having +1/+1 counters on them, the ability granted by Danny Pink triggered for those creatures.

It seems Xmage only looks if the ability of Danny Pink has already resolved or not this turn for a given creature, and does not look if counters have already been placed earlier on that given creature.

Reproduce the interaction between Danny Pink, Defiler of Vigor, and creatures that already have +1/+1 counters. Trace how Danny Pink records or checks per-creature counter placement during the turn. Done means the granted ability does not trigger again for a creature whose counters were placed earlier that turn, while still handling eligible creatures correctly.
