Quit confirmation screen improvements

When closing XMage, there is a confirmation screen along with the option to allow reconnection or not. If you do not have any active tables, I think it should just close immediately.

Additionally, if you are in a finished tournament, that incorrectly counts as an active table. Tournaments should only be counted if they are still ongoing.
