Launcher Not Recognizing Java on Win10

I'm attempting to reinstall Xmage after a break of a couple years but I can't seem to get the launcher to recognize that I have Java. It says it will install a dedicated version of Java and relaunch but doesn't actually do anything.

Any suggestions?
