GUI Improvement: display cards owner in exile zones

Description
Exile Zones may contain cards from multiple players.
There is currently no display of the card owner's.
Adding that for both face-up and face-down cards would alleviate some ambiguity that might have gameplay impact.
Maybe we could display player name next to "Card" on the right?
