[BUG] Hogaak being unable to cast

Hogaak isn't seeing creatures that you can convoke as valid options to allow it to be cast from the graveyard. This can be worked around but it's extremely detrimental to the card's primary plan.

Reproduce the cast attempt with eligible creatures, then verify that those creatures are accepted as valid options and that Hogaak can be cast from the graveyard.
