Remote Task Error with Hamachi network

Description
Whenever I try to join any servers, even one my friend made with Hamachi (we edited the config ServerAddress too), I get the error
"Remote Task Error:" and, whenever they try to join me they get an error that says "Unable connect to server. Server is likely offline". What might we be doing wrong?
