Missing (or not visable) hint text on second screen.

Came up today in both deck editor and on battlefield.

In regular deck editor, with creatures and non-creatures separated, no hint text for the bottom row (non-creatures).
In sideboarding deck editor (showing sideboard at bottom) no hint text for cards in sideboard.

And I tested by moving the window to the laptop screen, and got hint text - but putting it back on second screen the above lack of hint text applied.

Battlefield was less consistent. Most of the time hint text came up, but there was at least one instance where I needed it and couldn't get it. (I don't recall 100% where the card was - but it may have been a card in my graveyard). Note I had priority at the time, so that wasn't the cause. Because it was during a game, I didn't move the window to laptop screen to test if it came up then.
