Description
Some deck editor bugs/improves:
1 - "select" popup menu must move search field to the start and make it default (e.g. it must take focus). Also arrow and tab buttons must be workable to move and select between menu elements:
2 - sort and select popup menu has wrong position calculation -- looks like it ignore window's app toolbar:
