Exile Popups issues

I understand the reasoning behind the multiple exile popups, but they're quite excessive, especially in some games.
At the very least, the popups should close and move to exiled-permanent when the card related to them is no longer around.
And permanently exiled is a weird popup to not be closeable considering it's openable and closeable the same way as graveyard.

Cards like Psychic Frog, Murktide Regent or Phlage, Titan of Fire's Fury having their own exile popups is kind of weird considering they just care about the amount of cards exiled and then never reference them again.

Ideally, I should be able to close the popups and maybe open them back up in some dedicated menu if that need arises. Preferably, this would be a drop-down option when checking the card in question.

Another weird side effect of all this is that if I don't keep track of which Ugin's Labirynth exiled which card manually, then later on there's no way to figure out which card is under which labirynth (similar case with Leyline Binding and similar). The header of the exile popup should mention not just the card's name but also its' ID.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Begin by reviewing the existing exile-popup and card-inspection behavior, then clarify which of the several proposals are in scope. Done should be defined by an agreed set of popup-closing, reopening, and identification behaviors, with tests or reproduction steps added for them.
