Trigger limit needs hint

A significant UX improvement for [[Nadu, Winged Wisdom]] would be to have the ability possess a hint showing the number of times the ability has triggered for the turn for that permanent. Same would be nice for cards like [[Morbid Opportunist]], which only triggers once each turn, but the UX issue becomes significantly more noticeable with Nadu who adds this multiple-but-limited-usage ability to multiple creatures. Something like "Times ability triggered this turn: 0" on cards with the ability would be great

The issue names Nadu, Winged Wisdom and Morbid Opportunist as examples. Start by locating their card implementations and the UI responsible for displaying permanent abilities, then determine how per-turn trigger counts are tracked. Done means eligible cards show a current count such as “Times ability triggered this turn: 0” and the count resets each turn.
