Description
Some cards with Modes have custom TargetAdjuster as targets from some of the modes need to be adjusted.
It would made sense to have each mode have its own TargetAdjuster.
See [[Profane Command]] code for instance (And soon Kozilek's Command using the same adhoc adjusting)
