Mana generation doesn't respect extra mana generated by Roxanne, Starfall Savant

[[Roxanne, Starfall Savant]]'s second ability is a mana ability, but when attempting to activate abilities and cast spells, that extra mana won't get entered into the calculation. So if you only have enough mana for something with the extra mana generated by roxanne, it won't show as playable.
