Day's Undoing doesn't remove your F5 stop.

Description
If you activate your F5 stop (skip until your opponent's end step) and your opponent resolves Day's Undoing, your stop won't be removed and you will be skipping through your turn. Haven't tried with the other stops, but I would guess something similar could happen.
