BUG - Land enchanted with Verdant Haven not allowing selecting a colour when paying one mana of a cost and having one left over.

So I have a basic land enchanted with Verdant Haven, and one generic mana left of the cost I need to pay. I tap the land, and it pays the one remaining cost, and puts one mana into my pool of the colour of the basic.

It should use the colour of the basic to pay the cost, and still allow the user to select the colour of the extra mana to go to pool.

Reproduce the reported scenario with a basic land enchanted by Verdant Haven, one generic mana remaining, and the land tapped for payment. Trace the mana-payment flow involved in choosing the extra mana colour; done means the land's colour pays the remaining cost while the player can choose the colour of the leftover mana.
