Enhancement - Draft picks - number of people left to pick, and a locked in option.

For draft picks, I would like two features to encourage people to pick faster.

The first is simple, some form of feedback on how many people are still to make the pick. This could be done by showing a marker next to each persons name to indicate whether they have a pool or have already picked. Or if anonymity is preferred, a simple counter below the pick order graphic stating (for example) waiting for 3 people to select a card.

The other option is the ability to lock in a most probably pick. (If everyone else in the pool selects a card, or locks in a card, then that card will be chosen and it will move onto the next pack.) However, whilst others are still deciding, you can revise your decision and switch to a different card (if you are quick enough).

Once you lock in an option, you cannot switch back to unlocked, but you can change your locked in card to a different card instead.
