REQUEST - GUI - Resizeable draft environment

It would be great if we could grab the dividing lines to resize the draft environment.
Specifically:
* The line separating the blowup image on the bottom left, so that it will expand (or shrink) to fit the new width, and
* The line above the draft pack, so that the cards displayed in the draft pack will expand (or shrink) to fit the new height.

An added bonus would be to display the hint text as well as the image in the blowup on the left panel. (I am pretty sure that if there is no downloaded image, hint text is displayed instead, but it would be nice if both were displayed.)

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the draft environment GUI and its divider or layout components; done means the two specified dividers resize the blowup image and draft pack, with the optional hint-text behavior addressed.
