GUI: main menu - switch panels button must be fixed and improved

TODO:
* [x] bug: can't view in-game decks from multiple players;
* [x] bug: wrong menu sorting (active panel moves to up, random menu order instead group by table);
* [ ] improve: bad naming and messy ID (example: must show player's name; ID must be replaced by simple unique name like "table 1");
* [x] ~~improve: lobby must have bold font;~~
* [ ] improve, need research: show game status (turn/phase and active player like "table 1 - game 2 (T5.AD: Username)");
