Description

As per the attached screenshot, [[Kardur, Doomscourge]] was played first. [[Pramikon, Sky Rampart]] was played the turn after. When it reached my turn, I should have been able to attack the Kardur player. However, it forbade me from attacking him, all other players, or passing the turn. It was a full game lock.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Kardur, Doomscourge and Pramikon, Sky Rampart sequence described in the issue, then trace how Kardur is represented as a RestrictionEffect. Rework it to use a RequirementEffect and verify that the affected player can attack the Kardur player or another legal player and can pass the turn without a game lock.
