Hamza Not reducing Squad cost

The Squad cost is not be added properly to a cast spell (in this case Space Marine Devastator) when attempting to cast it with a cost reducer (in this case Hamza, Guardian of Arashin). Hamza is only reducing the base cost when the additional cost to Squad should be bundled in.

Reproduce casting Space Marine Devastator with Hamza, Guardian of Arashin, and compare the base cost reduction with the additional Squad cost. Trace the Java cost-reduction and Squad handling paths; done means Hamza reduces the bundled total cost correctly.
