Description
The server is constantly stalked by trolls and malicious people of all sorts. I realize completely dealing with this issue is probably not gonna be possible.
However, one small and(hopefully easy) improvement to this issue could be to allow the table host to kick players from the lobby before the game starts.
Just today, I had the same person who KNOWS I don't want to play with them join my table, I remade the table, the person switched their name to the same except with one random symbol at the end or start, join again, I had to remake the table, repeat. I went through something like 10 tables before finally the spots filled with other people quick enough.
Being able to simply kick the troll out rather than having to remake the entire table would be a huge step up, and as it isn't kicking when the game has started, the abuse potential is near 0

Research direction
Start from the lobby and table-host flow described in the issue; the payload does not name specific files or tests. Trace how players join before a game starts and define completion as letting the host remove a player without remaking the table, while leaving in-game kicking unchanged.
