Client - Allow users to customize land frames

Would like a feature to be able to flick between different land frames and apply that land frame to each land that's displayed in the client. As per the example land, you could have original zendikar border, crappy zendikar border, unstable border or just normal border. Also would like a pre-modern frame border. This would only be for the MTGO Rendered cards
