Newer Axis firmwares require digest auth

Not a pressing issue, just to make you aware of the change Axis has made of defaulting digest auth in newer firmwares. So for those models `sendImmediately` should set to `false` (and now default to `true`).

Start by locating the handling of the sendImmediately option and inspect how the client authenticates against Axis cameras. Reproduce the behavior with a newer firmware that defaults to digest authentication, then verify that the affected models authenticate successfully without changing existing behavior for other models.
