Research direction

Start by reproducing the flow from the Serial Connect button at localhost:8080/src/ide/ in Chrome on Windows 11 with the listed LEGO USB IR Tower. Trace the serial-device discovery entry point and compare the available-device result with the expected RCX connection; done means the tower appears as a selectable device and connects to the RCX block.
