Description

OSX 10.12.5
macvim 8.0.596 (133)
Code keyboard (full size, US)

Hitting cmd + '-' on the numeric pad decreases the font but uisng the '+' on the numeric pad doesn't do anything. Using the '+' on the numeric row has the desired effect. Other mac apps do not have an issue using either '+'

Research direction

Reproduce the font-size behavior with the numeric keypad on macOS, comparing Cmd+'-' with Cmd+'+'. Then inspect MacVim's keyboard handling for font-size shortcuts and verify that both keypad and numeric-row '+' keys produce the expected increase.
