http://download.eclipse.org/jdtls/snapshots/jdt-language-server-0.68.0-202101202016.tar.gz doesn't exist and breaks install on Mac

Steps to reproduce

Follow installation instructions for Mac OS here: https://ycm-core.github.io/YouCompleteMe/#installation

1. brew install cmake macvim python
2. brew install mono go nodejs
3. cd ~/.vim/bundle/YouCompleteMe
   python3 install.py --all

Expected behaviour

The install breaks at some point:

Rust is installed now. Great!

To get started you need Cargo's bin directory
(/var/folders/m0/6fmggpxj1vzcp5wjftfx__7r0000gp/T/rust_install_lng2fptu/bin) in
your PATH
environment variable. This has not been done automatically.

Start in third_party/ycmd/build.py at EnableJavaCompleter and the DownloadFileTo call shown in the traceback; inspect how the jdt.ls URL is selected. Verify the replacement artifact or URL, then rerun python3 install.py --all on macOS and confirm the Java completer installation no longer fails with HTTP 404.
