Description

Steps to reproduce
  1. install the MacVim.app (8.1.950) first
  2. update MacVim when update program pops. (8.1.1517)
  3. Now I tried to install the latest version, it is (8.2.3455)
  4. When I right click and open with MacVim, three version exits in the "open with" list.

I tried to uninstall them, only the latest version can be removed.

So my questions are 1) how to remove all of them, 2) How to keep the latest one only, if I update it?

Expected behaviour

keep the latest one only

Research direction

No files, tests, or code entry points are mentioned. Begin by reproducing the MacVim.app update sequence on macOS 10.14.6, then verify that older versions no longer appear in the Open With list and that only the latest version remains.
