Description

At the moment if the file target is not present but is present the file ._cfg_ the logic remove the file ._cfg* file.
This behavior needs a review. It's better rename the file ._cfg_ to the target >

Research direction

Start at macaronictl's `etc-update` handling for `. _cfg` and the target ``. Reproduce the case where the target is absent, then verify that the `. _cfg` file is renamed to the target rather than removed.
