Description
Error installing sys-apps/flatpak:
!!! The following update has been skipped due to unsatisfied dependencies:
sys-apps/flatpak:0
selected: (sys-apps/flatpak-1.16.1:0/0::net-kit, ebuild scheduled for merge)
skipped: (sys-apps/flatpak-1.16.1-r1:0/0::net-kit, ebuild scheduled for merge) (see unsatisfied dependency below)
emerge: there are no ebuilds to satisfy "sys-apps/xdg-desktop-portal-kde".
(dependency required by "sys-apps/flatpak-1.16.1-r1::net-kit[kde]" [ebuild])
Our package is kde-plasma/xdg-desktop-portal-kde, but the flatpak ebuild expects sys-apps/.... We need to fix the flatpak template/autogen to find the dep in the correct cat.
Workaround: USE=-kde emerge flatpak and it's not apparent to me, after using it for a while, what has been lost.
Aside: It's a bit weird that flatpak lives in net-kit, imo.

Research direction
Inspect the flatpak template/autogen responsible for the KDE dependency and reproduce the reported emerge failure for sys-apps/flatpak[kde]. Confirm that the generated dependency resolves kde-plasma/xdg-desktop-portal-kde and that the KDE-enabled package installs without requiring the USE=-kde workaround.
