Description

The `schedtool` utility allows to set such things as CPU affinity, CPU priority, IO priority, niceness, _et al._, all from one place. I miss having it available easily. It's at Github, so probably is easy to autogen: https://github.com/freequaos/schedtool

Research direction

Start by reviewing how existing utilities are autogenerated in mark-unstable, then inspect the upstream schedtool repository at the linked URL. Done means schedtool is available through mark-unstable using the project's established autogen flow; verify the generated result with the relevant repository checks.
