[qt-kit] qtwebkit - autogen or drop

qtwebkit has not had an official commit for 5 years: https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt/qtwebkit.git/
The legacy static ebuild uri points to https://github.com/annulen/webkit, the latest tag of which is also more than 5 years ago
The repo description also says:

Code in this repository is obsolete. Use this fork: https://github.com/movableink/webkit

https://github.com/movableink/webkit has a release called '2022-09-07' and tags called '2022-09-07', '2023-12-18-qt6', and '2024-12-08', with little or no release notes.

3 options present themselves:

• autogen against https://github.com/annulen/webkit (this maintains existing status quo)
• autogen against https://github.com/movableink/webkit (more recent release but untested and releases are not clearly labelled)
• drop qtwebkit and deal with dependencies on case-by-case basis (may break some things but addresses poor state of qtwebkit)
