[core-kit] `sys-fs/lvm2` template needs maintenance

Description
The `lvm2` ebuild is something I worked on in the last Funtoo `harvester`, to autogen it. In my opinion, it wasn't ready for `master` at the time that it was merged. The description says "test" and should be changed, at the very least. I think this package deserves some careful attention, given its status as a part of the core system on many machines and in many contexts.
This issue isn't really a Bug, and it's not a Feature; so I'll choose Task.
