10.10.0 -> 10.10.5 shows nibbler UI before umad.run() is triggered

This is more than likely a nibbler bug, but on 10.10.0 -> 10.10.5 machines, the UI shows up before the umad.run() has completed. Given that the initial umad script takes a few seconds to run, this may be a bit shocking to the user.

Reproduce the startup sequence on a 10.10.0–10.10.5 machine and trace when the nibbler UI appears relative to umad.run(). The issue is resolved when the initial umad script completes before the UI is shown, avoiding a premature interface during enrollment.
