[feat] give option to disable one or more file types

I have conflicts with other QuickLook providers.
There doesn't seem to be a way to configure macOS to prefer one provider over another.
So could settings be given to allow us to selective disable Pique for certain file types.

The issue does not name files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the Swift settings/configuration code and the QuickLook file-type handling, then determine where a per-file-type disable option belongs. Done means users can selectively disable Pique for chosen file types without affecting enabled types.
