Description
I like using the external tools option quite a bit to use a script I've created or another external tool. However my list is starting to get long and visually it would be great if I could somehow have them grouped.
My thought is being able to create folders for External Tools to 'categorize' them. Then I could have my PowerShell Scripts in one, Windows actions in another, SCCM actions in another etc., then when I goto External Tools I won't have to scroll through a list of items. For now I've PreFixed the tool with the 'category' so that it at least sorts in the list accordingly.

Research direction
Start by inspecting the External Tools entry point and how the current flat list is stored and displayed. Define how users create, rename, and manage folders, then verify that PowerShell, Windows, and SCCM tools can be assigned to categories and are no longer shown as one long ungrouped list.
