Description
How do I specify the path to a program in External Tools that is located in another folder higher up the tree, and the drive letter is unknown?
C:\Programs Files\WinSCP\WinSCP.exe
FLASH-DRIVE\UTILS\mRemoteNG\mRemoteNG.exe
FLASH-DRIVE\UTILS\WinSCP\WinSCP.exe ➜ External Tools ➜ Working directory ???
From a local drive, I configured it like this: C:\UTILS\mRemoteNG\WinSCP\WinSCP.exe ➜ File name — .\!-WinSCP\WinSCP.exe

Research direction
The issue names External Tools, the executable path, and the working-directory setting, but no source files or tests. Start by locating the External Tools configuration and path handling, then reproduce the portable layout described; done means establishing whether a relative path with an unknown drive letter is supported and reporting the supported configuration or required change.
