Description

When dragging a tab to reposition it in a panel where that tab strip has overflowed, that tab strip no longer scrolls. This is a regression in published nightly v1.77.2-nb.

Expected Behavior

Expect pre-nightly v1.77.2-nb behavior whereby the tab strip scrolled when dragging a tab around an overflowed tab strip.

Current Behavior

Tab strip no longer scrolls. Cumbersome multiples step operation required to move tabs across an overflow.

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Open up enough connections, in a common panel, to make the tab strip overflow by several tabs.
  2. Try moving tabs across the overflow.
  3. Notice how cumbersome in the absence of scrolling.
  4. Compare with v1.77.1 and earlier behavior

Context

Cumbersome multiples step operation required to move tabs across an overflow.

Research direction

Reproduce the regression in mRemoteNG Nightly v1.77.2-nb on Windows 10 by opening enough connections to overflow a panel's tab strip and dragging a tab across it. Compare the behavior with v1.77.1 or earlier. Done means dragging tabs across an overflowed strip scrolls it as it did before the regression.
