Description

Looks like the Shiki plugin goes in conflict with the Heading Level Indent plugin.

Only in reading mode (live preview mode is fine), the Shiki plugin strips the style="padding-left: ##px;" added by the Heading Level Indent plugin to code blocks (class="el-pre").

Describe the solution you'd like
Shiki plugin to not strip additional CSS applied to code blocks.

Research direction

Reproduce the conflict in Obsidian reading mode with the Shiki and Heading Level Indent plugins enabled; live preview is reported to work. Trace the code-block rendering path and verify that the inline padding style remains present after highlighting, while preserving the existing reading-mode behavior.
