Description

Currently the prompt asks for a "yes" or "no" to decided whether to make a commit or not. It would be nice to have a flag that skips this question.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the CLI option parsing and the commit confirmation prompt; done means a flag can bypass the yes/no question while the existing confirmation behavior remains available by default.
